Gracie at the beginning of the day. So cute and so put together.
Building a bear with Emily was fun. It took a bit for her to get warmed up to all the action because there was a Birthday Party going on in the store, and Emily was not crazy about all the loud noise.
First, she picked her animal. She decided on a rabbit that she named Fluffy but she soon changed it to Ali (I'm sure her name will change several more times)
If any of you have been to Build-a-Bear, you already know all this...but Emily got to pick a heart to put in her rabbit and it really beats!!
After Ali was finished being made, Em gave her a bath so she could be clean on her first day at her new home!! Then she picked out some clothes for her. Of course, my child picked out the only smocked dress in the whole store. She is a kid after my own heart!!!
Em and Chris riding the escalator. She loved it. The only problem we had here was when Em stepped on, she would get nervous and nearly pull you down trying to decide on what step she was going to stand on. But we did it so many times, she finally got the hang of it.
Em and Ali all ready to go home!!
Poor Gracie looked like she had had enough by the time we were on our way home. She was so good the whole day!! I told her that wiping her hair down with her hands after she ate Chick-fil-A nuggets was not a good idea. But kids, they never listen!! HaHa!
